You may have heard of #IANSARMY. Ian a father of three from Essex was diagnosed with Leukaemia. He is fighting for his life as are so are many others battling cancer. Ian is a close friend of regulars Kerry Smith and Ross Smith who are spreading the word because DKMS really need your help. As well as needing donors they need funds to help battle blood cancer.

Kerry with the help of Kelly Designs & the Ongar Ladies organised this fundraising lunch and we had 70 women attend the event. It was a fabulous afternoon and they successfully raised just short of £3,000. Tickets were £30 per head for a two course set menu & a welcome drink with all ticket profits going directly to DKMS.
